How Alphacom is run

 
As an SME we adhere more to principles of project management and thus have structured our company along those lines. We thus treat each individual job as a project complete with its supervisory project manager and overseen by a specific program manager in the particular area.

 
The program manager usually has a minimum of 10 years practical experience in the specific area of operation with the project manager having a minimum of five years’ experience. Currently the company has two founding directors sitting in the Board of Directors providing strategy and governance guidance. One portfolio manager who is responsible for the overall coordination of projects undertaken, two program managers each heading our major divisions of ICT and Construction and five project managers acting as team leaders in the various projects undertaken.
